我将系统在小学英语教学中如何实现“愿学”“乐学” “会学” “善学 ”。

一、发挥人格魅力，创设情境，激发学生愿学

作为老师，要设法培养学生的学习兴趣，变苦学为乐学，厌学为愿学；
要学会赏识学生，肯定学生，不断点燃其身上自信的火花，让

学生喜欢你，也喜欢你教的英语。老师可以雷厉风行，也可以和风细雨，但在课堂讲解中要学会融入自己的特色，在不经意的注视中给予自信，在引导中给予激发，在批评中给予鼓励。

二 、利用言语创造轻松愉快的课堂气氛，激励学生乐学

陶行知先生曾经讴歌：“处处是创造之地，天天是创造之时，人人是创造之人。”教师作为园丁，有责任浇灌这些美丽的花朵。因此，在课堂中要实施创造性教学，寓创新素质的培养于课堂教学之中。具体实例如下：

在教冀教版四年级上册Animals一课时，我课前录下牛狗猫等动物的叫声，在课堂上放录音，学生们有声有色地模仿这些不同动物的叫声，然后录音机放出这些动物相应的单词读音时，他们有兴致勃勃地大声跟读，教室里想起了“哞哞”“汪汪”等动物叫声和英语朗读声，伴随而来的是一片欢笑声，整个教室洋溢着愉快的气氛。声音和形象相结合，语言和情景相交融，使学生仿佛进入了语言活动的真实情境，收到很强的临场效果。通过耳濡目染，极大地增强了学生的识记能力，增强了学习效果，把枯燥的语言学习变成轻松地录像欣赏。

三、运用灵活恰当又多样的评价，指导学生会学

教学评价是课堂教学一个重要环节，一句鼓励、一个眼神、一件小礼物都能提高学生学习的积极性。但是我们还要鼓励学生自我反馈

和评价，开展学生间的互相评价。如：表演展示的时候，我让其他学生人人当个小评委……通过互相反馈和评价，学生在评价别人时，必须自己先做出判断，发现它不符合在哪里或错在哪里，在评价过程中学生由学会转化为会学。这样，学生在民主和谐气氛中，心里压力得到减轻，自尊心得到充分尊重，个性和特长都得到有效地发展，创造性思维得到较全面的发展，更有利于提高学生的语言交际能力。

四．注意技巧的关注差异，引导学生善学

学生在发展上是存在差异的，就如每个人不可能都站在同一起点，用同样的速度，沿着同一条途径达到相同的终点一样，要求没有差异就意味着不要求发展，尊重个别差异是现代教育观的一个重要方面。差异不应被视作问题，而应是教育的一种财富和底蕴。教师应充分挖掘学生的潜力，使每个学生在课堂学习中尝到成功的喜悦，从而逐渐成为学习中自觉主动的参与者。
